Rebuilds, upgrades, repair, and field service for the equipment your plant already owns. When something fails that nobody sells anymore, we measure it, reverse engineer it, build it, and put it back.
HOW IT WORKS
One call starts it.
Describe the failure and send photos. We will tell you quickly whether the answer is repair, rebuild, or replace, and what we would do first. Where drawings do not exist, we capture the geometry ourselves. Machining and fabrication happen in-house, and the shop that builds the fix also installs it and sees it run.

THE REBUILD PHILOSOPHY
We fix the reason it broke.
Worn assemblies come into the shop, get torn down, measured, and inspected. Where the original design keeps failing, we change the design: loads redirected into structure that can carry them, wear surfaces upgraded, weak points removed. The machine goes back better than it was built, with drawings to prove it, and an engineer on site for restart when it matters.
